  As someone who is new to the market and newly looking at office spaces I was trying to gauge and understand a listing. Richard was abrasive, pushing back and being quite defensive with my questions and telling me things such as "Why are you asking me that" when I inquired who the entity was who owns the space as well as he stated "He wont send me other info on other sites"
  
  Im new, trying to learn and he is down right rude.
